Consultation Flow
Initial consultations, as well as project proposals—including the creation of requirements documents and Gantt charts—are free of charge. We are available for online meetings at any time. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
STEP1：Your side
Consult SHISEILABO. Tell us your goals, objectives, challenges, and concrete plans. Based on what you want to achieve, we understand your current challenges and organizational structure, and make proposals from a long-term perspective.
STEP2：Both sides
We hold an online meeting of 1–2 hours. After the meeting, we share a hearing sheet from our side.
*The hearing sheet is filled out after an NDA is signed.
STEP3：SHISEILABO’s side
From the hearing sheet, we create a proposal tailored to your company (the proposal is free of charge). It includes task management and a WBS, goals and the overall project picture, expected improvements, and a concrete action plan — clarifying who does what, and by when.
STEP4：Both sides
We hold an online meeting for you to review the proposal. To drive projects optimally, we strengthen collaboration with your company by keeping the number of companies we contract with to a minimum.
STEP5：Your side
Your company makes the final decision on the content and budget of our proposal. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

For Individuals and Partners
We provide marketing support for individual sales and marketing professionals. Credit card payments are accepted for all plans.
*In addition to supporting company representatives and sales staff, we also offer practical support (50,000 yen per month) and training for marketing professionals and production partners. We can provide specialized IT advice and brainstorming sessions for day-to-day marketing tasks, including ad management, content creation, and data analysis. Please consider partnering with us as your “marketing and IT experts who support your execution” when your in-house team alone cannot handle the workload.
