From "this somehow seems good" to being able to explain "why we're doing it" — the first step in strategy is hypothesis design
Hypothesis Design — by a marketing partner that grows your assets through creativity.
Challenges we solve & how we respond01
You understand your current situation and issues, but haven’t been able to organize the strategy you should pursue. Initiatives end as one-offs, and no overall roadmap has been drawn. You want to align your team members’ motivation in the same direction.

01 Expected outcomes
・”What to do over the next year” becomes clear, and front-line activity moves as one
・The connection between strategy and day-to-day initiatives is visualized, reducing drift
・PDCA becomes easier to run, and front-line learnings build up into the next initiatives and new customer acquisition
